Since launching its coding collaboration with WellSky in 2023, Adoration has recorded notable gains in quality performance metrics. The percentage of Adoration locations earning a four star rating or higher has risen substantially from 21.7 percent in 2023 and, based on preview data, is projected to approach 90 percent of locations by 2026. Because Outcome and Assessment Information Set documentation influences six of the seven measures used in the Star Ratings methodology, the improvement reflects a coordinated effort between both organizations to strengthen documentation accuracy and compliance standards.
Elizabeth Robinson, RN, MSN, President of Adoration Home Health, stated that continued expansion requires a scalable operational framework that promotes quality, consistency, and regulatory alignment. She explained that the growing relationship with WellSky demonstrates confidence in its coding and advisory expertise, particularly in navigating the operational complexity and diverse patient populations served by Adoration.
WellSky continues to integrate advanced technology into its service offerings, including workflow intelligence supported by WellSky SkySense AI. Artificial intelligence driven coding, billing, and accounts receivable processes are helping reshape revenue cycle management for post acute providers. The company supports many of the largest home health organizations in the United States, along with hundreds of providers across various electronic health record platforms.
Bill Miller, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of WellSky, said that many leading home health providers rely on WellSky to manage coding and revenue workflows that directly impact quality reporting and reimbursement. He noted that the expanded work with BrightSpring reflects a mutual focus on accountability and ongoing improvement. According to Miller, WellSky remains committed to helping clients grow responsibly by delivering AI enhanced services that strengthen performance in increasingly complex value based care environments.
