Mike brings more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing and operations with a focus on precision metal products, medical devices, continuous improvement, and strategic growth.

Before joining Command, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Conformis, managing operations across the United States and India with 250 employees across three sites. Earlier, he was Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Tecomet, a private equity-backed medical device contract manufacturer, where he oversaw 2,000 employees across 17 facilities in five countries on three continents.
