Heather brings more than three decades of experience in clinical research, project management, and leadership to support Lindus’s growing portfolio of studies across the United States. Based in Boston, Lindus Health has completed over 30 clinical trials in various therapeutic areas, including recent significant projects such as a Phase III trial with Sooma for major depressive disorder and a large study with Cleo for ovarian cancer, both aimed at FDA approvals.

Heather joins Lindus following her role as Chief Operations Officer at Highline Sciences, where she led a major expansion, transforming the company from a small consultancy into a full-service CRO with over 100 employees. After Highline’s acquisition by Tempus, she continued as COO of Tempus Compass, focusing on integrating technology with clinical operations. Heather shared, “Having seen how digital tools can streamline clinical trials, I’m eager to leverage that experience here at Lindus Health. Technology now offers greater flexibility to accelerate research and improve efficiency across all aspects of clinical trials.”

Her work in this highly regulated field highlights her dedication to operational excellence and quality.
