A strategic, results-driven executive with more than two decades of experience leading high-growth healthcare and technology organizations with a focus on people-first strategy.

In her role as CHRO, Felicia will oversee Quantum Health’s people strategy across all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition and development, total rewards and culture. She will also lead Warrior Services, a team dedicated to supporting the daily experience, safety and wellbeing of Quantum Health’s workforce. With more than two decades of experience leading people strategy across high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS and healthcare organizations, Felicia has built a reputation for scaling global teams, driving cultural alignment and enabling business transformation. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at WebPT, a healthcare SaaS leader in outpatient rehab therapy, where she guided all people strategy across the U.S. and India. Felicia scaled operations globally and led people strategy for 1,300+ employees, integrating multiple acquisitions and achieving consecutive Great Place to Work certifications.

Prior to that, Felicia served as CHRO at Trintech, where she led enterprise HR strategy for a global, remote-first software company, strengthening engagement and workforce agility during the post-COVID transition. Throughout her career, she has delivered measurable results in engagement, retention and leadership development while aligning human capital strategy with enterprise growth.
