Prior to joining Prolink, she served as Vice President of Global MSP Solutions at KellyOCG and Vice President of Enterprise Solutions Sales at Yoh. In these roles, she led total workforce strategy and consultative solutions for Fortune 500 clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, optimizing talent through MSP, RPO, and enterprise staffing models. Throughout her career, Vanessa has forged and led numerous strategic partnerships and previously served on the board of HRO, contributing to the advancement of workforce innovation across the industry.
