Stubelis brings a deep track record of success across venture-backed startups, private equity portfolio companies, and publicly traded firms. Most recently, he served as CFO at Verb Biotics, where he led financial strategy in the emerging probiotics sector. Prior to that, he held senior roles at Exact Sciences and Thrive Earlier Detection, playing a pivotal role in Thrive’s multi-billion-dollar acquisition by Exact. Stubelis has also served as CFO at several SaaS healthcare companies including Athenahealth, Ovia Health, and Arcadia.
At Athenahealth, Stubelis served as both CFO and SVP during a transformative period, managing global financial operations while navigating public markets, activist investors, and regulatory shifts. Earlier in his career, he held international finance leadership roles at Sapient, overseeing teams and integrations across 15+ countries.
