XP Health, a healthcare technology company bringing a digital-first approach to reimagining every aspect of vision care, announced a partnership with Ameriflex, a third-party administrator providing technology-based, consumer-driven benefits and compliance solutions. The partnership will allow XP Health to offer three different vision plans for Ameriflex’s customers.
Ameriflex is partnering with XP Health to provide distribution to the broker channels Ameriflex uses for their Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts. Rates will be pre-arranged for customers – with no individual quoting required. XP Health’s pre-packaged vision plans will be available both at employer-sponsored and employee voluntary levels, eliminating the complexity and wait times for quoting, and empowering brokers to provide top-tier vision plans immediately and seamlessly without the usual back-and-forth. In addition, XP Health and Ameriflex will be leveraging Ameriflex’s sister company, Accresa, a subscription care management software that streamlines enrollment, eligibility and payment distribution.

“This partnership is the first vision health program we are offering our customers and provides product line extension for Ameriflex as we look to expand into care-navigation, concierge-care and other related voluntary programs,” said William C. Short, CEO and executive chairman at A.E. Perkins, the holding company of Ameriflex. “Much like XP Health, at Ameriflex we help individuals and employers navigate the challenges of healthcare with a hassle-free experience and solutions that result in high employee satisfaction, peace of mind, and improved costs.”
This partnership with Ameriflex follows XP Health’s recent partnerships with Employee Navigator and Bennie — all on the heels of XP Health’s new $33.2 million Series B infusion round of funding led by global fintech VC firm QED Investors with other prominent investors including Canvas Ventures, American Family Ventures, HC9 Ventures, Valor Capital Group, and Manchester Story. The company offers full replacement vision programs that provide a personalized experience with cost savings, real choice and high-value services.
