MammoScreen enhances the breast imaging workflow through three key AI-driven capabilities:
- Pre-check – Ensures optimal image quality and confirms key patient information prior to reading.
- Cancer Detection – Provides comprehensive analysis for detecting and characterizing lesions, and incorporates previous imaging and a breast density assessment.
- Pre-reporting – Populates structured results into existing reporting systems, reducing documentation time and effort.
A recent clinical study of MammoScreen using 2D, 3D, and prior images demonstrated measurable improvements in radiologist performance: an 8% increase in sensitivity, a 2% boost in specificity, and average reading and reporting time reductions of 24%. In another study, MammoScreen demonstrated finding screen detectable cancer one year prior 42% of the time, and two years prior 38.5% of the time.
“At Therapixel, our mission has always been to provide radiologists with technology that makes them more accurate and confident in their decisions,” said Matthieu Leclerc-Chalvet, CEO of Therapixel. “By partnering with RamSoft, we can now deliver MammoScreen to a broader audience, embedded directly within PACS platforms that radiologists already use. This deep integration dramatically simplifies the user experience and enhances clinical value, especially in women’s health.”
This partnership not only underscores both companies’ commitment to innovation, it also highlights the value of open platforms in scaling access to leading-edge medical AI tools. With this integration, radiologists can now leverage MammoScreen as a turnkey solution embedded directly into their existing PACS workflows. No additional systems or interfaces are required.
