Gilmartin brings more than 25 years of executive leadership in healthcare, technology, and private equity-backed businesses. She has overseen nationwide clinical operations, including networks of healthcare professionals delivering in-home care, virtual consultations, and call-center services. Most recently, she served as President at Momentive Software, where she led successful organizational transformation and growth.

Previously, he led the Member Development team at Specialty Networks, supporting over 875 practices, 4,000 physicians, and countless patients through strategic initiatives.
