Kevin Lathrop, appointed President
Lathrop brings more than two decades of executive leadership across the healthcare technology landscape, with experience scaling businesses, leading operations, and driving strategic transformation. He most recently served as President and CEO of Healthcare Solutions at Exela Technologies, where he established a dedicated healthcare division serving hundreds of hospital systems, thousands of providers, and numerous national payers and health plans. Under his leadership, the division became the company’s largest business unit and achieved significant year-over-year growth. Prior to that, Lathrop was President and COO of Transaction Data Systems, a leading pharmacy software and services provider. There, he led successful integrations of multiple acquisitions, improved service delivery and customer experience, and executed a value-creating exit strategy.
Earlier in his career, Lathrop held senior roles at TriZetto Corporation (a Cognizant company), where he led provider and revenue cycle solutions serving hundreds of payers and provider organizations. He played a key role in improving client satisfaction, advancing operational capabilities, and supporting the company’s strategic sale to Cognizant. At Collabrios, Lathrop will oversee operations and execution across the enterprise, positioning the company for continued growth and impact.
Jett Reidy, appointed Chief Technology Officer
A seasoned technology executive, Reidy was most recently Chief Product and Technology Officer at EnableComp. He brings deep expertise in SaaS product development, value-based care, healthcare payments, and emerging technologies including FHIR, automation, and distributed ledger systems. Reidy will lead all product and technology efforts as Collabrios advances its integrated care coordination platform.

Brian Roseland, appointed SVP of Data and Analytics
Roseland brings experience in both healthcare data and analytics strategy. He previously served as Executive Director of Analytics Platforms at Reinsurance Group of America, with prior roles at TriZetto Provider Solutions. He will lead the company’s data and analytics initiatives, focused on generating actionable insights to support better care and value-based performance.
Annie Silverman, appointed SVP of Platforms and Delivery
Silverman has held senior roles at leading value-based care organizations including Interwell Health, Signify Health, and Privia Health. She brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare delivery and technology operations. At Collabrios, she will oversee service delivery and platform performance focused on driving positive client experience.
Michelle Slade, appointed VP of Third-Party Administration
Slade most recently led the PeakTPA solution at AnewHealth (formerly Tabula Rasa HealthCare), where she helped scale third-party administration services tailored for PACE clients. At Collabrios, she will drive execution excellence in the company’s TPA product line, with a focus on financial services and client success.
