The collaboration aims to strengthen healthcare accessibility by introducing Curaechoice’s No-Cost Benefits Optimization platform to a broader employer network while addressing the growing challenge of healthcare affordability.
Through this partnership, the Health Benefit Alliance will offer Curaechoice’s no-cost healthcare model as an additional benefit option for more than 1,023 self-insured employers, representing approximately 161,000 qualified members across 42 states. Curaechoice’s platform focuses on eliminating traditional financial barriers that often prevent patients from accessing timely medical care. The model removes copays, deductibles, and coinsurance across medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision benefits, helping employees and their families receive comprehensive healthcare coverage without out-of-pocket costs.
Matt Esposito, President of the Health Benefit Alliance, emphasized the importance of aligning healthcare innovation with accessibility goals. According to Esposito, the organization’s mission centers on removing barriers that prevent individuals and families from accessing essential medical services. He noted that partnering with Curaechoice strengthens the solutions available to employers by introducing a proven no-cost healthcare model that delivers broad coverage while reducing financial strain on employees.
The partnership introduces several integrated healthcare services designed to support both preventive care and long-term health management. Curaechoice Medical provides access to more than 500 medical specialties and subspecialties, including hospital services, cancer treatment, dermatology, urgent care, mental health services, and joint replacement procedures. This comprehensive coverage ensures employees receive specialized medical care without financial obstacles.
Curaechoice Pharmacy expands prescription access through a nationwide network of more than 65,000 pharmacies, including major retail chains. Employers benefit from enhanced transparency through point-of-sale rebates, utilization monitoring tools, and the absence of per-employee-per-month fees, improving cost management and operational efficiency.
In addition, Curaechoice Vision connects members with more than 26,000 vision centers nationwide, offering routine eye exams, lenses, and frames at no cost. Curaechoice Dental further supports preventive and specialized oral healthcare services aimed at improving long-term dental health outcomes.
Healthcare affordability remains a major concern for working families across the country. Industry data indicates that nearly 60 percent of employees with employer-sponsored insurance expect healthcare costs to become less affordable in the coming years, while a majority of adults report concerns about paying for necessary healthcare services.
Harsha Hatti, Chief Executive Officer of Curaechoice, highlighted the broader impact of the partnership. He stated that employers are actively seeking innovative solutions that address rising healthcare costs without limiting access to care. By working with the Health Benefit Alliance, Curaechoice aims to make healthcare simpler, more accessible, and financially sustainable for employees and their families.
This partnership reinforces both organizations’ commitment to delivering innovative healthcare solutions that improve affordability, expand coverage access, and enhance patient outcomes nationwide.
