Strategic partnership expands Adobe’s service offerings and extends its footprint into Florida, Illinois, and Tennessee

Adobe Population Health has announced the acquisition of Eventa LLC, a technical provider of respiratory care results, further expanding its integrated population health operation services. The strategic move strengthens Adobe’s presence in Florida, Illinois, and Tennessee while buttressing its commitment to case-centered healthcare and visionary medical care delivery.

With this acquisition, Adobe Population Health enhances its capability to address complex habitual conditions by incorporating Eventa’s moxie in respiratory services into its broader population health frame. At the core of the integration is Adobe’s personal MASLOW ™ platform, a technology-enabled result designed to address social determinants of health that significantly impact patient issues. By combining respiratory care moxie with advanced analytics and care collaboration tools, Adobe aims to ameliorate early intervention strategies, close treatment gaps, and optimize health issues for cases managing habitual respiratory conditions.

Jayme Ambrose, CEO of Adobe Population Health, emphasized the strategic alignment of the accession. “ Eventa’s capabilities in respiratory care align directly with Adobe’s charge to give comprehensive, high-quality care to cases across the communities we serve,” Ambrose stated. “ This accession allows us to expand our reach and deliver more intertwined, visionary healthcare results that ameliorate quality of life. ”

Respiratory conditions, including habitual obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and other pulmonary diseases, remain significant contributors to hospitalizations and long-term healthcare costs. Integrating technical respiratory care into a broader population health operation strategy allows providers to work with data-driven perception, AI in healthcare tools, and predictive analytics to reduce complications and ameliorate durability of care.

Gene Gantt, co-founder of Eventa, stressed the significance of combining clinical moxie with advanced technology. “ This cooperation gives us the coffers and structure to enhance the care we give, including relating to social and environmental factors that impact respiratory health,” he noted. Scott Gantt added that collaboration with Adobe enables continued expansion into new requests while conserving a substantiated, issue-concentrated approach to patient care.

By integrating Eventa’s respiratory services within its comprehensive healthcare delivery model, Adobe Population Health strengthens its position as a leader in population health operations. The accession reflects a broader assiduity trend toward integrated, technology-enabled care models that combine clinical specialization with data-driven strategies to ameliorate patient issues at scale.

With this expansion, Adobe is poised to deliver enhanced respiratory care results while advancing whole-person, responsible healthcare across multiple service lines.
