Prior to joining Spire, Herzog served as Chief Operating Officer of Inception Fertility, one of the nation’s largest fertility services platforms. During her time at Inception, Herzog partnered with physician leaders to build and lead senior operating teams, standardize operating models, and execute growth initiatives.
