Security remains a top priority for business leaders as AI adoption increases. Global spending on information security is projected to grow 12.5 percent in 2026, reaching $240 billion, driven by rising threats and the expansion of AI technologies. As organizations adopt AI at scale, understanding vulnerabilities and knowing which risks to address first is essential. The Armis acquisition will strengthen ServiceNow’s Security, Risk, and OT portfolios and accelerate AI adoption by ensuring trust and protection across all connected systems. With its Security and Risk business surpassing $1 billion in annual contract value in the third quarter of 2025, ServiceNow has already established itself as a leader in cybersecurity. This strategic acquisition is expected to more than triple ServiceNow’s security and risk market opportunity while accelerating its vision for autonomous, proactive cybersecurity.
Amit Zavery, president, chief operating officer, and chief product officer at ServiceNow, said that the company is building the next-generation security platform. He emphasized that in present’s AI-driven environment, trust and governance across all clouds, assets, AI systems, and devices are essential for long-term AI adoption. Zavery added that the combined capabilities of ServiceNow and Armis will deliver a comprehensive cybersecurity solution that protects all connected technology environments in real time.
Yevgeny Dibrov, co-founder and CEO of Armis, highlighted that AI is reshaping the cybersecurity landscape faster than many organizations can respond. He explained that Armis was designed to protect critical assets and provide organizations with real-time intelligence to understand risk, prevent incidents, and take action before threats escalate. Dibrov noted that joining ServiceNow will allow customers to manage cybersecurity risks more effectively and at scale.

Larry Feinsmith, head of Global Technology Strategy, Innovation, and Partnerships at JPMorgan Chase, stated that the combination of ServiceNow and Armis will provide enterprises with a comprehensive view of connected assets and a technology blueprint for securing AI and other digital systems.
Armis specializes in full-lifecycle cyber exposure management, discovering assets in real time and identifying the highest-risk issues. Its solutions will integrate with ServiceNow workflows to deliver end-to-end protection, especially in industries with cyber-physical assets such as manufacturing and healthcare. By connecting Armis’ capabilities with the ServiceNow AI Platform, organizations gain enhanced visibility and actionable insights into risks, enabling automated and effective remediation.
The partnership builds on existing integrations that connect Armis’ real-time asset intelligence with ServiceNow workflows. Armis provides agentless discovery of managed and unmanaged assets, including OT, IoT, medical, and industrial devices that traditional tools often overlook. When combined with ServiceNow’s business-context CMDB, which maps assets to supporting services and teams, organizations can more effectively prevent breaches and reduce risk. Exposure insights will flow automatically to the relevant teams, triggering scalable remediation and continuously improving enterprise security.
Armis is recognized for innovation in cybersecurity and leadership in protecting enterprise IT, OT, cloud, and IoT environments. The company was named a Leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for CPS Protection Platforms and received an Inc. Best in Business award for Innovation.
