NAHQ Micro-Credentials enable Quality professionals to delve deeply into each domain of the NAHQ Healthcare Quality Competency Framework
The National Association for Healthcare Quality announced the expansion of its NAHQ Micro-Credentials offering, launching the Performance and Process Improvement (PPI) Micro-Credential, which equips professionals to confidently lead sustainable improvement by integrating essential methodologies like PDCA and Lean, with proven project and change management principles. Through scenario-based case studies, online learners develop the skills to navigate resistance, build stakeholder buy-in, and guide teams through every phase of improvement initiatives. This new Micro-Credential joins our NAHQ Micro-Credential in Health Data Analytics, launched in 2024.

Each NAHQ Micro-Credential focuses on a specific domain of the NAHQ Healthcare Quality Competency Framework, allowing participants to build on existing knowledge. If one is new to healthcare Quality or doesn’t need a full certification, NAHQ Micro-Credentials offer a focused learning experience to gain practical skills.
