For groups providing telehealth services to patients with chronic conditions, HealthCoach supports two critical applications. Secondarily, HealthCoach “listens” to quality control recordings of actual patient encounters and scores each encounter as measured against medically mandated quality metrics. Caregiver quality scores are then captured and aggregated for individual and group care compliance reporting.
