Nuvem, a quickly growing pharmacy service provider that focuses on helping community health centers, has announced the hiring of three senior leaders in product, engineering, and finance. This move strengthens Nuvem’s operations as the need for complete pharmacy management solutions continues to increase. These solutions combine expert advice, data-driven insights, and custom software to help health centers boost their performance, simplify their operations, and maintain financial stability.

“Pharmacy matters more than ever,” said Scott Seidelmann, CEO of Nuvem. “With these new leaders joining, we’re doubling down on our commitment to provide a smooth, mission-focused experience for every customer. We’re investing in building the operational strength needed to grow smarter, move faster, and support community health providers as they manage complex situations with confidence.”

As community health organizations face more challenges from changes in 340B policies, insurance pressures, and restrictions from pharmaceutical manufacturers, Nuvem has expanded its services. Originally known for referral capture and compliance services, the company now offers full-service pharmacy management, improved analytics through the acquisition of Louvir, and operational support. These changes required a stronger base in product development, technology, and financial management, leading to the current leadership additions.

Seidelmann added that Nuvem will continue to invest in technology that helps providers manage complexity with confidence. “As new leaders take the helm, Nuvem will continue to make big investments in technology to help customers handle their complex operations, automate their patient and provider workflows, and deepen their analytics to give visibility and insight into every decision,” he said.
