The affiliation with Nathan Adelson Hospice is the first official step in the growth of Chapters Health West, which will also include Hospice East Bay (Pleasant Hill, CA), Hospice of Santa Cruz County (Santa Cruz, CA), and Willamette Vital Health (Salem, OR).
