This partnership will provide Curative members with precision provider matching through Rula’s algorithm which matches members based on ~500,000 preference permutations. The algorithm recommends providers based on such variables as clinical needs, gender, language, and cultural background – achieving a 97% exact match rate. Rula prioritizes speed to accessing care, with appointments as soon as the next day.

In addition to accelerating access to high quality behavioral health care, the Curative partnership introduces Rula’s first national plan to offer no cost sharing to its members. With a focus on accessible and transparent pricing – Rula’s platform offers no subscription fees, and promises zero hidden charges to patients and providers.

“Rula’s mission—to make mental healthcare work for everyone—resonates deeply with Curative’s focus on proactive, equitable care,” said Gabe Diop, Co-Founder of Rula. “By embedding our services into Curative’s plans, we’re reducing fragmentation between physical and behavioral health while ensuring providers can focus solely on clinical excellence. The rest of the market should start treating mental health as preventative just like primary care.”

High cost is a common barrier to care. In a recent survey of insured adults, more than 4 in 10 who needed mental health treatment skipped care due to cost. In addition, many health plan networks lack sufficient availability, causing delays and forcing members to go out-of-network. Only 44% of employers say their health plan has enough in-network behavioral health providers to give timely access, but really it’s the lack of an efficient way to find and schedule the providers.

Curative’s health plan—available to employers in Texas, Florida, and Georgia with 50+ employees—covers 1M+ providers nationally. Members can continue to qualify for $0 copays and $0 deductibles by completing their Baseline Visit within 120 days of plan effective date.
