Montgomery as Chief People Officer. Ms. Montgomery, who joined the company this month, will serve on Convergent’s executive leadership team, bringing extensive experience in talent strategy, organizational development, and leadership transformation.

Ms. Montgomery has over 20 years of experience in people strategy and organizational performance. Most recently, she was Chief People Officer at Black Diamond Therapeutics, a precision oncology company, where she led enterprise-wide organizational design and initiatives to transform leadership and company culture. Prior to that, she served as Chief People Officer at ClearView Healthcare Partners, a global life sciences consulting firm, where she contributed to company growth and supported international expansion efforts.
Philip Kantoff, MD, CEO and co-founder of Convergent Therapeutics, said that Ms. Montgomery’s proven expertise in scaling organizations, developing high-performing teams, and guiding leadership through periods of change will be crucial as the company prepares for Phase 3 studies of CONV01-α in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer and continues to advance its radioantibody pipeline.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Montgomery held leadership roles at IQVIA Consulting Services, serving most recently as Global Director of Resource Management where she focused on workforce and performance management. She also worked at Boston Scientific Corporation as a Senior Manager, overseeing reimbursement strategies and outcomes planning for its product portfolio. She holds an M.B.A. from the Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University, and a certificate in Strategic HR Leadership from Cornell University.
Her appointment is expected to strengthen Convergent Therapeutics’ leadership team and support its growth as it advances critical programs in oncology, ensuring the company remains well-positioned to achieve its clinical and operational goals.
