Dr. Moore previously held the position of Corporate Vice President at Microsoft Health & Life Sciences, directing global R&D strategy, engineering, and product teams dedicated to advancing AI and data platform applications within healthcare and life sciences. Before joining Microsoft, he served as Vice President at Google and founded the Google Cloud Healthcare & Life Sciences division, where he established and expanded Google’s worldwide health and life sciences operations. Dr. Moore’s notable contributions have played a significant role in the widespread adoption of advanced cloud technologies and strategic data methodologies, facilitating the integration of sophisticated AI and data-driven solutions into medical practice, and setting new benchmarks for healthcare systems and life sciences organizations.

Dr. Moore currently serves on the boards of DaVita Inc. and Fortive Corporation, acts as Senior Advisor to Gates Ventures for Alzheimer’s Disease initiatives involving AI and data, and provides guidance to various other projects in the AI, healthcare, and life sciences sectors. Dr. Moore is board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology, Neuroradiology, and Clinical Informatics, and has held clinical and academic appointments at Stanford, Penn State, and Wayne State University. He received his MD from Wayne State University School of Medicine and earned his PhD in Radiological Sciences from MIT.
