Vivant Health ACO primarily serves a high-risk Medicare population through six Federally Qualified Health Center partners who manage nearly 68 percent of all beneficiaries. Following Medicare Shared Savings Program guidelines, sixty percent of total shared savings is allocated directly to participating providers in recognition of their clinical leadership and impact. With total shared savings exceeding ten million dollars, more than six million dollars have been returned to providers over the last three performance years, including $1,176,255 for Performance Year 2024.
