Cathryn Connolley, the CEO of Doctivity Health, said that healthcare teams often deal with a lot of data but don’t have enough time to process it. She explained that Doctivity AI quickly provides accurate information, whether users are building custom markets, finding gaps in referrals, or writing outreach messages, reducing the time needed from hours to just seconds.
Doctivity AI is built right into the platform, offering help that fits the context and shows relevant charts, tables, and reports without needing to leave the platform. It also allows for easy navigation with one click and automatic downloads of reports, making exploring data much simpler. The AI can understand natural language questions, like asking which regions have the most orthopedic patients, and creates visual summaries and reports ready to share. It also helps with writing content, such as emails, executive summaries, and board-level reports, adapting the tone and length to fit different audiences.

Security and privacy are a key focus for Doctivity AI. All protected health information and client data stays within the customer’s own environment, with no mixing of external data. The platform follows SOC 2 Type II standards and HIPAA regulations, providing strong protection at the enterprise level.
Early users of Doctivity AI have seen up to a 40% reduction in time spent on routine analysis tasks and have noticed increased adoption among commercial, strategy, and physician liaison teams. Doctivity AI is already included in all current subscriptions at no extra cost and will be available through the platform’s navigation panel after the beta phase. During the beta period, it can be accessed under the support tab.
