Headway, the company building a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access, announced the appointment of Dr. Neha Chaudhary as Chief Medical Officer. A double board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital, Dr. Chaudhary maintains an active clinical practice and brings proven leadership in scaling digital mental health solutions. She joins Headway to strengthen clinical quality standards at scale across the company’s network of 60,000 mental health providers. She will report to Founder and CEO Andrew Adams.

Her entrepreneurial approach and ability to turn complex research into actionable insights have made her a sought-after advisor to digital health and technology companies. At Headway, Dr. Chaudhary will lead clinical strategy, quality initiatives and the company’s research function, working closely with product, technology, data and clinical operations.
