Hough was elevated from her leadership role as Chief Product and Technology Officer at Getlabs, where she led the product, design, and engineering teams while managing day-to-day technology operations and overseeing strategy, security, and service delivery. Her technical leadership was instrumental in scaling numerous Silicon Valley companies, including Carbon Health, Udemy, Netscape, Napster, and Nextag.
Her innovative approach to technology-driven solutions earned her recognition on the prestigious Forbes CIO Next List, which honors the top 50 tech leaders shaping the future of business.
