TransLogic, a Swisslog Healthcare company known for its expertise in transport automation, has introduced MYtranslogic, a new cloud-based platform designed for healthcare facilities across North America. Built in collaboration with DevIQ, the platform centralizes tube system data and monitoring, giving hospitals a more efficient way to oversee operations and reduce disruptions that can affect patient care and staff productivity.

MYtranslogic allows healthcare operations teams to securely view and manage critical system information from any device with an internet connection. Whether staff are on campus or working remotely, they can monitor system performance, review carrier activity, identify developing issues, and address alarms before they escalate into major shutdowns. Tasks that previously took hours or even days can now be completed within moments, helping facilities resolve problems faster and keep clinical workflows running smoothly.

According to Adam Tappen, Senior Vice President of Sales and Service at TransLogic North America, the new platform was designed to shift the burden of system oversight away from clinical staff. He explained that MYtranslogic helps ensure caregivers remain focused on patients while engineering and operations teams gain the visibility and tools needed to maintain reliable system performance at all times. He also emphasized that secure access and strong data protection were central to the platform’s design.
The MYtranslogic subscription operates alongside TransLogic Software Version 9 and uses a one way API connection to deliver system data securely. The platform strengthens TransLogic’s security framework by adding HITRUST product certification and renewing its HITRUST environment certification. Together, these certifications demonstrate adherence to established standards for cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection within healthcare environments.
Scott Fincher, Product Director for Transport Automation at TransLogic and Swisslog Healthcare, noted that healthcare organizations require fast access to system data without compromising security. He shared that MYtranslogic enables teams to respond to issues through secure channels, helping prevent small technical problems from turning into costly delays that can interrupt care delivery and affect safety procedures.
TransLogic Software Version 9 also introduces modern security enhancements, including the transition to Microsoft SQL Database to improve data access and reliability. The software operates as a Windows service and supports deployment on a dedicated database server. With early adopter incentives and a roadmap for continued updates, TransLogic is positioning MYtranslogic as a long term solution for healthcare transport automation management.
