Pathak brings more than 15 years of product leadership experience across some of the world’s most influential technology companies, including Amazon and Dropbox. Over the past seven years, he has focused deeply on healthcare innovation—most recently as Chief Product Officer at Accolade, where he led product management, design, and data across multiple business lines. Prior to that, he helped scale PlushCare from Series A through its acquisition by Accolade, building core product capabilities that supported rapid growth. His background includes developing long-range product visions, expanding categories, and driving product-led growth across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization—expertise that will be instrumental as Suki enters its next stage of scale.
