Bhandari began his career in investment banking with Citigroup Global Markets before moving into venture capital and private equity with Battery Ventures and Stripes Group, where he helped execute investments in companies including Seamless.com, Turtle Beach, and Sandata Technologies. He later joined Sandata as Director of Business Development and Strategy, and was promoted to CFO, where he played a key role in driving the company’s growth and leading multiple buy and sell-side transactions.
