Silvère has over ten years of experience in the Medtech and Life Science tools industries and has a proven ability to help companies grow at the intersection of healthcare and innovation. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Ganymed Robotics, where he helped shape the company’s strategy, led its rapid growth, and managed important areas such as human resources, business planning, industrial partnerships, and product development.

Before joining Ganymed Robotics, Silvère worked at Aditlys Medical, where he was in charge of the company’s spin-off and early organizational development. He was also the first employee at CorWave, leading major development projects and supporting the company through two fundraising rounds, Series A and B. His hands-on experience has prepared him well to handle the challenges of growing innovative health technology companies.

Silvère is an engineer by training, holding degrees from École Polytechnique in France and Imperial College London. He also earned an MBA from INSEAD, combining strong technical skills with advanced business knowledge. This background makes him well-prepared to guide Okomera as it expands its impact in cancer research through advanced technology.

Richard Eglen, Chair of Okomera’s Board, is enthusiastic about Silvère’s appointment, saying his strategic thinking and leadership qualities make him the right person to lead the company into its next stage of growth.
