Meagan Barkett has been promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer after five years of outstanding leadership and contribution to the company’s success. Meagan will now lead all operations, clinical recruiting, credentialing, and marketing efforts, further solidifying NorthStar’s commitment to delivering patient-centered clinical care while enhancing client partnerships.

In addition, Dr. Romeo Kaddoum has been promoted to Chief Medical Officer following the retirement of Dr. Jim Roberts. Dr. Kaddoum is a board-certified, fellowship trained, practicing cardiac anesthesiologist. He brings a wealth of experience as a ten-year member of the NorthStar team, having also served on the ASA Anesthesia Care Team (ACT) committee. Dr. Kaddoum is known for his ability to build strong teams and foster a culture of excellence. He will oversee NorthStar’s physician teams, ensuring the company continues to meet the highest standards of patient care.

Dr. Josh Lumbley, the company’s Chief Quality Officer, will continue to lead the Office of Clinical Quality, while also serving as the executive clinical leader guiding NorthStar’s growth strategy. His leadership will continue to position NorthStar as a leader in patient care nationally.

NorthStar also welcomes Abby Kushner as its new Chief Marketing Officer. Abby joins from the Cranemere Group, where she successfully developed and executed marketing strategies for its healthcare operating companies. Her expertise will be crucial to NorthStar’s growth, particularly in business development, recruitment, and corporate communications.

Finally, Jonathan Cronin has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, bringing nearly two decades of healthcare finance experience to the role. Jonathan previously served as CFO at the Health Management Academy and will play a critical part in ensuring NorthStar’s long-term financial health and sustainability.
