Net Health, a leading provider of specialized software for rehabilitation therapy and post-acute care, announced the acquisition of Keet Health, a WebPT company, as part of a strategic collaboration with WebPT aimed at advancing outcomes measurement and remote therapeutic monitoring for rehab providers. This acquisition expands access to Net Health’s Limber platform, a leading solution for outcomes tracking, remote monitoring, and digital home exercise programs. Under the agreement, Limber will become the preferred outcomes and remote monitoring solution for WebPT and Clinicient customers, with full integration expected in early 2026.

Ron Books, Chief Executive Officer of Net Health, emphasized that improved patient outcomes are driven by insights and connectivity across the continuum of care. He said the partnership with WebPT allows rehabilitation providers to extend care beyond the clinic, reduce fragmentation, and keep the focus on patients. Limber, which Net Health acquired in 2025, offers tools for outcomes measurement, remote monitoring, and home exercise delivery. The platform helps clinicians track progress, personalize care, and engage patients outside of in-clinic sessions.

Net Health plans to continue investing in Limber’s analytics and integration capabilities, reinforcing its platform strategy to support value-based care. The company also intends to deepen the integration between Limber and both WebPT and Clinicient platforms, streamlining workflows, enhancing data continuity, and creating a more connected digital experience as patients move across care settings.
Andrea Facini, Chief Executive Officer of WebPT, said the collaboration gives WebPT members access to a robust digital health solution while maintaining flexibility and choice. She highlighted that aligning around Limber and strengthening platform integration supports rehabilitation therapists in adopting hybrid care models, improving patient engagement, and fostering long-term success amid evolving reimbursement structures.
This acquisition reflects Net Health’s ongoing commitment to providing rehab therapy providers with advanced tools that bridge clinical insight and technology, supporting better outcomes and more efficient care delivery across the post-acute continuum.
