Dr. Lancewicki will lead the company’s growing team of data scientists and AI experts tasked with advancing ModMed’s mission to transform healthcare through intelligent specialty-specific platforms.

Dr. Lancewicki is a highly respected academic and an expert in applying advanced AI, deep learning, and reinforcement learning across large-scale, data-intensive enterprises. Before joining ModMed, he served as Director of AI and Machine Learning at Walmart Global Tech, where he led large teams in implementing ML solutions to streamline complex operations. Prior to Walmart, he held notable technology leadership positions at eBay and LiveIntent. Dr. Lancewicki holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering and twelve patents. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Machine Learning at Northeastern University.
