Her career spans leadership roles in both Fortune 50 companies and high-growth startups, where she has consistently driven performance and growth.

Most recently, Spencer-Pike served as Chief Commercial Officer at Nucleus RadioPharma, where she developed commercial strategy, scaled marketing and business development, and aligned cross-functional operations to support clinical and commercial readiness. Prior to that, she held senior commercial roles at McKesson and CoverMyMeds, managing large integrated teams, driving double-digit growth, and achieving industry-leading client retention. She also held commercial leadership positions at Novo Nordisk, Sanofi, and Pfizer.

Spencer-Pike earned a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Kentucky, and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University in Orlando, Florida.
