Appointment Reflects Ongoing Investment in Talent and Comprehensive Growth Program at Great Hill
Great Hill Partners, a private equity firm that invests in high-growth, disruptive companies, announced that Shannon Delage has joined the firm as Growth Partner. Delage will focus on supporting portfolio companies in the healthcare sector, and her appointment reflects Great Hill’s continued commitment to driving growth and creating value at exceptional companies across its portfolio.

Delage brings over two decades of leadership experience, having most recently served as CEO of MAS Medical, a tech-enabled healthcare staffing and services provider, where she drove digital transformation and national growth. Previously, she served as CEO of The Derm Group and held senior roles at IntegraMed Fertility, overseeing strategy, marketing, and technology. Earlier in her career, Delage held leadership and consulting positions at Time Inc., WebMD, Sotheby’s, and Bain & Company. She currently serves on the boards of MAS Medical and First Fertility, and previously served on the board of Vatica Health (a former Great Hill portfolio company). Delage holds a BA from Harvard University and an MBA from The Wharton School.
“We are delighted to welcome Shannon to the Growth Team. Her outstanding track record and extensive experience in the healthcare sector will be incredibly valuable as we continue to support our portfolio companies,” said Mike Thompson, Managing Director, Head of Growth Team. “Shannon’s ability to engage and collaborate directly with teams and guide companies to market-leading positions makes her an ideal partner for our portfolio executives navigating the growing complexities and opportunities of today’s healthcare landscape.”

Great Hill continues to prioritize enhancing its strong bench of leaders by investing in top talent and attracting industry experts. In addition to Delage’s appointment, earlier this year, Mike Thompson was promoted to Head of Growth Team, and in June, Stacey DeVoe was appointed as Head of Talent. These announcements underscore the continued evolution of the team that supports Great Hill portfolio companies across strategy, go-to-market, marketing, product, technology, AI, and talent.
