New Data & AI capabilities powered by GHX ResiliencyAI now live for customers in North America

Global Healthcare Exchange , a leading platform for smarter, more resilient supply chains, announced the general availability of three advanced data and AI-powered solutions. Now embedded within GHX’s platform and driven by GHX ResiliencyAI, these capabilities are designed to help healthcare organizations better anticipate disruption, drive supply chain performance and improve care delivery.

The solutions are now available to over 35,000 end user customers across GHX’s North American network of more than 4,100 providers and 600 suppliers. This launch marks a milestone for GHX’s AI capabilities, expanding access to intelligent automation across a platform that supports more than $220B in annual supply chain spend.

“For years, we’ve known what it would take to address the fragility of the healthcare supply chain, but technology hadn’t caught up. Now it has,” said Tina Vatanka Murphy, President and CEO of GHX. “By pairing AI and automation with 25 years of trust and deep operational intelligence, we’re empowering the GHX community with the tools to build resilience from the inside out.”

Purpose-Built Data and AI for Real-World Resilience

The new capabilities are powered by GHX ResiliencyAI, a proprietary intelligence layer built to help reduce manual work, surface critical insights and automate decision-making at scale:

  • GHX Perfect Order Co-Pilot brings generative AI directly into the Perfect Order Dashboard, helping transform how teams analyze and act on supply chain data. By surfacing potential root causes, highlighting improvement areas and suggesting next steps in near real-time, this intelligent assistant empowers users to accelerate decision-making and help drive measurable performance gains.
  • The GHX Resiliency Center uses predictive AI to help anticipate and triage backorders based on clinical and operational impact. By delivering near real-time visibility into disruptions and surfacing smart substitution options, it enables provider and supplier teams to respond more quickly and strategically – helping to better insulate patient care from supply chain risk.
  • GHX Dynamic Reporting helps reimagine how users interact with their supply chain data, making it faster and easier to uncover insights that drive smarter decisions. Through an intuitive, interactive interface, teams can explore transactions, exceptions and performance metrics in near real-time, revealing opportunities for efficiency and optimization that were previously hidden.

Customer Voices: Built with and for the Frontlines

These capabilities were co-developed in close collaboration with GHX’s AI Council, Customer Advisory Board and more than 30 provider and supplier organizations. Early feedback sharpened insight into performance drivers and prioritization, underscoring the value of trusted customer collaboration in building responsible AI.

“The Perfect Order Co-Pilot delivers detailed insights we never anticipated, guiding our monthly strategy with precision,” said Drew Fite, Senior eCommerce Consultant at Roche Diagnostics. “It uncovers opportunities and educates us on improving our Perfect Order Rate, providing immediate, actionable examples that transform our approach.”

“The Perfect Order Co-Pilot has been an incredibly useful tool for summarizing data trends and surfacing actionable insights,” said Sean Bubernak, Director, Master Data & Contract Administration, AdventHealth. “It helped me quickly identify exceptions and focus my efforts where they could drive the greatest operational impact.”

What’s Next: Expanding GHX ResiliencyAI

With these new capabilities now live, GHX is partnering with customers on the next wave of innovation, focused on accelerating outcomes, simplifying workflows and strengthening coordination across the healthcare supply chain. Areas under development include:

Smarter Workflows with Expanded AI Co-Pilots: Building on early success, GHX plans to extend generative AI Co-Pilots across additional solutions, including GHX Marketplace, Invoice & Payment and Value Analysis. These assistants are designed to automate routine tasks, surface timely insights and help users focus on what matters most—patient care.

Conversational Intelligence to Unlock Insights Faster: Future enhancements to GHX Dynamic Reporting will introduce natural language capabilities, enabling users to ask questions and receive data-driven answers in near real-time, making it easier to explore performance, uncover trends and inform decision-making.

Stronger Collaboration to Manage Disruptions Together: GHX is developing the next-generation GHX Supplier Resiliency Center to give providers and suppliers shared visibility into disruptions and coordinated tools to respond more effectively and help further reduce delays, mitigate risk and protect patient care.

Predictive Insights for Financial Optimization: A new machine learning model is in the works to forecast invoice payment timelines and flag potential exceptions, empowering suppliers with greater visibility into cash flow and helping reduce friction in the payment cycle.

Clinical Optimization in the Operating Room: As previewed at GHX Summit 2025, GHX is advancing a Surgical Procedure Card Management solution designed to reduce variation and optimize physician preference cards. By combining machine learning with OR utilization data and GHX’s clinical device library, hospitals will be better positioned to manage procedure costs, drive standardization and improve outcomes.

“We’re scaling AI across the healthcare supply chain with purpose, speed and trust, as we work alongside our customers to solve the problems that matter most,” said Vatanka Murphy. “With GHX Resiliency AI, we’re not just automating tasks – we’re enabling a smarter, faster, more adaptive supply chain that’s built to thrive in uncertainty and help drive better outcomes for patients. And this is just the beginning.”
