In this role, Quinn will help expand Slone Partners’ fractional talent offerings by connecting startup and growth stage companies with experienced executives and functional specialists who can support organizations on a flexible, on demand basis. His appointment reflects the firm’s continued investment in innovative workforce solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the life sciences and healthcare sectors.

Quinn brings extensive experience in talent strategy and consulting across life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and investor backed healthcare organizations. Most recently, he served as Principal and Managing Director in the Interim Leadership and On Demand Consulting practice at WittKieffer, where he partnered with clients to place seasoned interim executives and advisors during periods of transition and growth. Prior to that role, Quinn was Senior Director of On Demand and Interim Leadership at Heidrick and Struggles, where he managed key pharmaceutical and biotechnology client relationships.

Earlier in his career, Quinn held a series of senior commercial and leadership roles at Axiom and Medasource. At Axiom, he most recently served as Person In Charge for Commercial Strategy and Special Projects after leading regional operations as Market Director for RDU Operations. During his tenure, he helped launch a new company office in Raleigh, North Carolina, and was recognized as Global Commercial Partner of the Year. He was also inducted into the Axiom Circle of Excellence in recognition of his performance and leadership.

Quinn began his career in clinical and academic healthcare settings at TriHealth and UC Health, where he supported bench research, clinical operations, and administrative functions across clinical and anatomic pathology. This early experience across research, clinical environments, and commercial leadership has shaped his broad understanding of talent needs across the life sciences and healthcare ecosystem.
