Experity, a national provider of on-demand healthcare technology, has appointed Bobby Ghoshal as its new President and Chief Operating Officer. In this leadership role, Ghoshal will oversee day-to-day operations and contribute to shaping the company’s long-term strategic vision. His focus will be on driving innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting Experity’s mission to help urgent care and on-demand healthcare providers serve more patients, improve patient satisfaction, and increase overall business performance.

With more than 30 years of experience in technology and operational leadership, Ghoshal brings a strong background in healthcare. Before joining Experity, he served as President and Chief Commercial Officer for the Residential Care Software division at ResMed, where he managed the global software portfolio and led business strategy. He also held other executive roles at ResMed, including Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Brightree, a company offering cloud-based solutions for post-acute care. In addition, he led IT strategy for ResMed’s commercial operations in the Americas. Ghoshal holds an MBA from Arizona State University and a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering and telecommunications from the National Institute of Technology in Calicut, India.
