Montes joins Elevaris with more than 25 years of experience managing multi-site manufacturing and supply chain operations in the medical, aerospace, and consumer goods sectors. He has led Lean transformations, start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, and operational turnarounds. Montes has a proven ability to build high-performance teams and deliver sustainable results by integrating Lean practices, Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning, daily management systems, and policy deployment to align operational excellence with business outcomes.

Montes said he is excited to join Elevaris and work alongside a team of development and engineering experts to deliver precise, high-quality solutions to medical device customers. He expressed admiration for the company’s legacy and confidence in its ability to achieve sustainable growth while exceeding customer expectations.

Montes is Certified in Planning and Inventory Management by the American Production and Inventory Control Society and has applied its Supply Chain Operations Reference Digital Standard for optimizing supply chains. He is also a certified SCRUM Master and experienced in coaching teams through complex problem-solving using the SCRUM framework. He earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnologico de Monterrey and completed executive programs at McGill University, Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In addition to his professional achievements, Montes has spoken at the American Manufacturing Summit and has been featured in Hispanic Executive Magazine and BOSS Magazine.
