Graves has a solid background in healthcare technology and AI, having held executive roles in software, analytics, and consulting. Recently, he worked as a board advisor and consultant for AI-based healthcare startups. Before that, he was the general manager at Merative, where he led the Truven, Health Insights, and MarketScan businesses, which had a total value of over $200 million. During his time there, he helped the company grow and update its products during the transition from IBM Watson Health. He also held several leadership roles at IBM Watson Health, focusing on services for healthcare providers and digital transformation. Earlier in his career, at Deloitte Consulting, he helped develop AI-based healthcare solutions, started the Innovation Lab, and led the Healthcare Analytics Practice.

Eron Kelly, CEO of ConcertAI, is confident that Graves will be a strong leader for this newly integrated division.
