The aim is to make administrative tasks easier and provide a smooth payment experience for both patients and healthcare providers. PracticePay allows for secure payments that follow HIPAA and PCI standards. It includes features like paying via text message, using QR codes, setting up recurring payments, and offering digital financing options. The system also connects easily with the existing software that healthcare offices use, so teams can work efficiently without moving between different programs.

Katie Whalen, a senior leader at Fiserv, highlighted how important it is to help healthcare providers run their practices more effectively and offer a better experience for patients. Dominick Colabella, the CEO of Rectangle Health, stated that working with Clover, they are proud to set a new standard for how healthcare practices manage their work and handle payments.

Clover PracticePay will be available to healthcare providers starting early in 2026, beginning with practices in primary care, dentistry, behavioral health, and other medical fields. This new platform is expected to help improve payment collection, reduce delays in billing, and create a more convenient experience for patients. This will allow healthcare providers to spend more time focusing on providing high-quality care.
