Located at 5101 Allentown Pike in Temple, Pennsylvania, the clinic will be led by Dr. Louis Hansrote, a pediatric cardiologist. It will operate on the second Thursday of each month, providing check-ups for new and returning patients. The clinic will also offer essential non-invasive tests such as electrocardiograms (ECG), Holter monitoring, and echocardiograms, ensuring the same level of care offered at CHOP’s main campus.
“We are honored and thrilled to expand our reach and bring CHOP’s exceptional pediatric cardiac services to families in the Reading community,” said Dr. Vivek Allada, Medical Director of Outpatient and Community Cardiology at CHOP. “This outpatient clinic, supported by Dr. Hansrote and the entire Allentown team, will help families get the same incredible heart care without having to travel far.”
