CHG Healthcare has announced the appointment of Theresa O’Leary as its new Chief Information Officer. O’Leary brings more than 20 years of leadership experience, most recently from her time at UPS, where she led major digital transformation projects.

O’Leary succeeds Scott Boecker, who has transitioned to the newly created role of Chief Growth Officer. He will continue to oversee product management and marketing efforts. During her time at UPS, O’Leary led key initiatives such as cloud infrastructure migration, modernization of finance and HR systems, and the implementation of barcode tracking systems. She has consistently focused on building digital tools that improve efficiency, enhance user satisfaction, and streamline customer service operations.
