In this position, Dr. Fritz will oversee the work of Aria’s chief medical officers in audiology, optometry, dentistry, and podiatry. His primary focus will be to improve and expand Aria’s onsite ancillary care services by developing strategic plans that enhance care delivery. The company aims to strengthen connections between different service areas to better support skilled nursing facilities and their residents.

Dr. Fritz earned a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Nebraska and holds a Doctor of Medical Science from the University of Lynchburg. He is also pursuing an Executive MBA to further develop his leadership abilities. His career includes leadership roles such as Vice President of Operations at Centivo and Eden Health, as well as experience as a clinical support director and practicing physician assistant. Additionally, he served 22 years in the U.S. Air Force, gaining broad operational and clinical leadership experience.
