Quilliam has a strong record of building commercial, technical, and executive teams for medical technology companies ranging from small startups to large global organizations. She has led recruitment for high-impact business units in areas including Interventional Cardiology, Structural Heart, and Peripheral Vascular products. Most recently, she oversaw the nationwide commercial build-out for coronary and vascular products at Cordis.

Kelly also has experience in the technology and SaaS sectors, where she recruited engineering, technical sales, and go-to-market leadership talent for companies including Microsoft, Coupa, and Philips HealthTech. Her expertise in sourcing talent in highly competitive markets such as AI and machine learning, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise SaaS enables companies to grow rapidly while maintaining high standards for leadership and technical excellence.
