Throughout his career, Mr. Brown has held senior roles at Abbott Laboratories, Fresenius Medical Care, and Hearing Lab Technology. He has managed large teams, overseen multimillion-dollar budgets, and delivered tangible results through lean manufacturing, supply chain optimization, and supplier performance initiatives. His accomplishments include improving gross margins, increasing equipment efficiency through automation, and reducing costs while maintaining compliance in FDA-regulated settings. Mr. Brown is also a U.S. Army veteran, having served in the 7th Special Forces Group.
