Vivo Care, a company known for leading in remote patient care, has joined forces with PhysiciansTrust.AI to bring conversational AI technology into its Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) services. The aim of this partnership is to make administrative tasks easier, reduce the workload on care teams, and improve patient care by letting healthcare professionals spend more time directly with patients.

Ryan Clark, CEO of Vivo Care, said this partnership is a key step in helping clinicians deal with the increasing administrative demands. He explained that by automating routine and time-consuming tasks, care teams can be more present with patients. He added that this focus helps build better relationships between providers and patients, leading to better health outcomes. Clark highlighted that this collaboration supports Vivo Care’s mission to support care teams and improve healthcare delivery, especially for patients with chronic conditions.

One early success story from this partnership is with Community Wellness, a healthcare provider in California that serves people aged 65 and older. Since using AI agents developed by PhysiciansTrust.AI in Vivo Care’s patient care programs, Community Wellness has seen positive results. Tasks like scheduling patient appointments, sending clinical reminders, and managing billing follow-ups have become easier. Both companies say this has lowered staff fatigue and allowed providers to focus more on meaningful interactions with patients.

Kelly Roland, Chief Revenue Officer at PhysiciansTrust.AI, described the partnership as more than just adding software—it’s about improving team productivity without needing more staff. She said the AI agents are meant to handle repetitive tasks that often cause staff burnout. She noted that these digital tools are not meant to replace human workers but to support them, helping them deliver better care.

The impact of the AI agents is clear across different parts of the healthcare workflow. In the front office, they help with confirming appointments, managing rebooking, keeping track of patient waitlists, and collecting patient feedback through surveys. On the clinical side, they help staff by automatically requesting prescription refills, sending care instructions, and following up on treatment plans. In billing and finance departments, the agents handle insurance verification, claim follow-ups, and other tasks that help practices improve their cash flow and reduce payment delays. Kris Bernard, Vice President of Patient Engagement at Community Wellness, shared that since using these AI tools, the organization has seen fewer no-shows and more daily patient visits. She said the technology has made a real difference not only in improving how the organization runs but also in patient satisfaction. Bernard pointed out that it’s uncommon to find a tool that improves both internal processes and clinical results at the same time, but she believes PhysiciansTrust.AI has achieved that. She thinks the success at Community Wellness shows how other healthcare organizations across the country could benefit from this model.
