NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, LLC, a global leader in the development, production, and commercialization of radiopharmaceuticals for therapeutic and imaging applications, announced the appointment of Victor Miller as Chief Financial Officer, effective December 1, 2025. Miller brings over twenty years of senior financial experience in life sciences and biotechnology, with a proven record of building scalable financial systems, supporting commercial growth, and enhancing business performance through financial insights and analytics.

In his role, Miller will lead NorthStar’s financial strategy, capital planning, and operations, including oversight of short- and long-term financial planning, enterprise forecasting, and budgeting. He will manage audit, accounting, investor relations, and risk management functions to ensure the company maintains strong financial controls and a foundation for sustainable growth. Miller will also work closely with the executive team on strategic initiatives such as capital raising, mergers and acquisitions evaluation, and scaling operational systems and processes across the organization.

Previously, Miller served as CFO of Orgenesis, a company specializing in personalized cell and gene therapies, where he led financing initiatives, managed public company reporting and investor relations, and completed multiple strategic acquisitions. He also held the CFO role at Hycor Biomedical, helping transform the business into a commercial-stage diagnostics company, and held senior financial leadership positions at Neos Therapeutics, Baxter Healthcare, and Merrill Lynch.
Frank Scholz, President and CEO of NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, said Victor brings the combination of strategic financial leadership and hands-on operational expertise needed to guide the company through its next phase of growth. Scholz added that Miller’s ability to combine financial discipline with support for commercial expansion will be invaluable to NorthStar.

Miller is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
