USOP is a full-service, integrated orthopedic care platform that provides the full continuum of musculoskeletal treatment to patients in the Southeastern U.S. Through a deep understanding of industry trends and operational expertise, USOP is committed to investing in partnerships that deliver meaningful value to providers and patients alike.

“The team at USOP is setting a new standard for what operational excellence looks like at scale,” said Akash Magoon, Co-Founder and CEO of Adonis. “We’re proud to support their growth by equipping their team with the intelligence and automation needed to move faster, reduce friction, and maximize every dollar owed and collected.”

USOP has rapidly expanded through both acquisitions and de novo growth. While their Business Intelligence team has developed robust reporting capabilities, they sought deeper insight into revenue cycle KPIs and were keen on finding a partner who could support their rapid growth, enable action against areas of revenue susceptibility, and drive efficiency at scale.

USOP found a true AI partner for RCM in Adonis. Their team will be leveraging Adonis to detect revenue cycle anomalies, alert the team to these issues in real time, provide recommended resolutions based on root-cause analysis, and deploy AI Agents to seamlessly automate resolution.

To kick off the partnership, USOP will be looking to Adonis to automate claim status inquiries for legacy AR, resolve documentation issues related to medical record and medical necessity denials, and remedy prior authorization challenges. This will be done through modular agentic workflows that can call payers, transmit the correct information and documentation, and aid in making appropriate adjustments to correct any exception-based workflows.

USOP will be using Adonis Intelligence to orchestrate these AI agent workflows, report on internal productivity, and eliminate line-of-sight issues in the revenue cycle.

“As we grow, it’s critical that we stay ahead of revenue cycle complexity,” said Nick Bohra, CFO of USOP. “Adonis will give us real-time revenue cycle visibility, proactive issue identification, and the AI-powered resolution we need to operate more efficiently and deliver even greater value to our providers and patients.”

With Adonis, USOP will maximize internal capacity and team bandwidth, reduce denials, and increase their collection rates. Learn more about Adonis Intelligence and Adonis AI Agents at adonis.io.
