Designed for U.S.-based employers and health plan clients, Wellbound leverages Teladoc Health’s scale, clinical expertise, and consumer engagement capabilities to provide a seamless, connected experience for employees seeking support.
Despite 89% of large employers offering an EAP, many employees face fragmented access, leaving them without support when their allotted sessions run out or their needs evolve. Wellbound addresses these gaps by delivering continuous, coordinated support for mental health, physical well-being, and work-life resources, guided by expert navigation to connect employees with the help they need.

The program includes online therapy for individuals, teens, and couples via BetterHelp, the world’s largest online therapy platform, along with psychiatry, medication management, and self-guided evidence-based resources through Teladoc Health. Wellbound also integrates with Teladoc Health services such as 24/7 care, primary care, preventive care, and chronic condition programs.
In addition, Wellbound offers a full suite of work-life benefits, including legal consultation, financial planning, coaching, in-person counseling, and trusted referrals for elder care, childcare, and backup care.
