Prior to joining Streamline, he served as General Manager and Director of Behavioral Health and Social Care at Oracle Health, where he supported leading behavioral health organizations across the United States. As a licensed clinical social worker, Gladden has spent his career ensuring that technology effectively supports clinicians, care delivery, and real-world workflows.

Gladden said he is enthusiastic about joining Streamline during a period of growing clinical, operational, and workforce challenges in behavioral health.
